There is a longstanding tradition in Russia of holding poetry gatherings: groups of friends and coworkers who come together in the evenings to read poetry and sing well-known songs. On Friday, March 1, the Russian Department held its own Russian Poetry night. Students from all language levels read and discussed poems, while enjoying a meal together.
