On Saturday, October 17, 2020 Profs. Mark Aldrich and Asun Arnedo, held a virtual Guacamole making demonstration
with collaboration from Mob and the Spanish Club. Those tuning in could choose to watch or to make guacamole along with others . . . virtually, of course!
Simple ingredients included: ripe avocados, tomato, lime, garlic and chile peppers.
