Hey everyone! My name is Grace Toner and I am from Philadelphia, PA. I am a first-year at Dickinson and I am currently Undecided. This year I am trying to explore different interests, and Chemistry in the Kitchen was exciting to me since I do not have much prior knowledge in cooking or baking. While I love making basic baked goods with my friends and family, I am looking forward to learning more about properties of food and the chemical reactions that take place.
