Hi, I’m Morgan! I’m a junior majoring in International Studies with an Arabic minor and play on the Dickinson Field Hockey team. I’m not the biggest baker or cook, where especially as a vegetarian and in general, being a picky eater, I normally stick with the same meals every day; my dog Lilly on the other hand will eat anything that falls on the floor. That being said, I decided to take this class in hopes of widening my palate by better understanding the processes occurring in cooking and with certain ingredients.
