I’m a sophomore double majoring in Medieval and Early Modern Studies and Art History with a minor in Italian. I’m from a small town in CT and love baking, but I have a lot of food allergies. I am taking this class to get a better understanding of what I can do to add substitutes in a recipe for the things I can’t eat.
