This photo gallery is representative of some of the images from the war, war crimes, and genocide in Bosnia and are not intended to be exhaustive. Our hope is that they help to tell the story visually. Because we are conscious of trying to avoid triggering further trauma, we have organized this page in a way that as viewers scroll down there are warnings about the increasingly graphic nature of some of the photographs. For our Bosniak friends and all parents viewing this with their children, please keep this in mind. You may click on the images to enlarge them. The citations of the original photos are the bottom of the page and are used here for educational purposes only.

After this point, you may see images of war, violence, and bodies which may be difficult to look at for some viewers. Viewer discretion is advised.
