Hello my name is Cooper Esquibel. I am a sophomore and a Political Science major. I am considering adding a second major, East Asian Studies. On campus, I am an RA and a member of the exec board for Mock Trial. My hobbies are drawing and reading! I have cooked more than I have baked in my life, but whenever I do I enjoy it a lot. I usually end up cooking with my mom and baking with my dad for the holidays. My favorite thing to cook with my mom is Mediterranean chicken shawarma.
