Popovers are a type of quick roll composed of milk, eggs, flour, melted butter, and salt. The specific recipe I am researching comes from Cooking for Geeks, page 239.

- Preheat both the oven and the popover cup/muffin tin at 425°F / 220°C
- Grease popover cup or muffin tin with butter
IMPORTANT NOTE: The serving amount is 12 because I was using a muffin tin, which typically is much shallower than a popover cup.
