Hello everyone, my name is Olivia DeStefano and I am a sophomore here at Dickinson. I am an Italian Studies Major and I am completing the Food Studies Program along with a Music Minor. I am involved in the Italian Club as the active treasurer and the a capella group the Infernos also as treasurer. I am taking Chemistry in the Kitchen because I want to explore as much of what food has to offer. In my free time I like to practice music and cook or bake. This has encouraged me to experiment more with what I create in the kitchen and strengthen my understanding of food chemistry.
