Hello,
I’m a 20 year old Dickinson college student and this semester I’m taking Chemistry in the Kitchen. I’ve always helped my mom with the baking, Christmas cookies, birthday cakes, thanksgiving pies, and other desserts. She loves throwing dinner parties and my sister and I always get roped into making something. I tend to stay away from cooking most days, the instructions for making fish and chips are much more intimidating than chocolates chip cookies.
Outside of the culinary world I have a strong interest in reading and alternative music. I also paint and sketch as a creative outlet. I live near the Carlisle community a few towns over with my parents. My family own 2 cats, one of whom is almost 15 and the other is about 9 months old.
