Instructions
- Add oil to a pot and heat. Once the oil starts to heat, add the Ground Pork and separate the pork to a small bit into pea size pieces.
- Once the meat starts to turn into a light opaque color, add the carrots, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 2 minutes then remove from the heat.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a dish then add the green onions and beaten egg. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Scoop 1-2 Tbsp of meat mixture into the wrapper and use egg wash to seal the wrapper if necessary.
- Fry in cooking oil until light brown
