Edward Smith, from the Carlisle-based bicycle delivery service Everyone Wants Something came to the Dickinson College Earthfest this past weekend with one of his bike taxis! Handlebar volunteers Tabea and Mariah on Morgan Field.

This weekend, I had the opportunity to visit the amazing Pedal Power Engineering shop in Whalonsburg, NY. I was up in the Champlain area for an event called Farmhack, which brings together designers, engineers, farmers, and tinkerers to solve equipment and mechanical problems on small-scale farms. Pedal Power has recently turned its attention to agricultural applications of bicycles!
