My name is Louis-David Kakou, I am a senior majoring in Political Science and Government. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, going to the gym or just talking with my friends. I had the opportunity to travel a lot when I was young so I am always interested to discover new cultures and food. I love taking pictures of food I eat and one of the most interesting dish I had in my life was during my study abroad in Toulouse. I totally forgot the name of what it was but it was a mix of mushroom and vegetables and the aesthetic of the plate was also fascinating (see picture). Even though I am not an expert at cooking, I am excited to taste my recipe and discover yours.
