Pop-Up Makery
The makery is making its presence known in the library. From the 19th to the 27th, sewing machines will be present by the DVD section of the library. It is all part of the Quilting Movement. Stop by and view the beautiful piece on loan from the African American Quilters Gathering of Harrisburg and try your hand at making your own quilt block for a Dickinson quilt.

Welcome back for the spring 2022 semester. While the podcast nooks will remain closed as a Covid 19 precaution; the equipment checkout desk, microroom and makery are open to the Dickinson community.
Media center equipment is still available for borrowing! As in office hours may change from week to week, we ask you to make an appointment to pick up your reservations. Email us at mediacenter@dickinson.edu or call at 717-245-1223
As you know, the remainder of the semester is going to be conducted online to slow the spread of Covid-19. The media center wants to ensure all students, faculty and staff that they will NOT be charged late fees due to being unable to return equipment to the media center on time. All underclassmen away from campus, will be permitted to return borrowed items at the start of the Fall 2020 semester. For those on campus, equipment can be returned to a box in the department of public safety office.
