Set mic to head set or external mic

Record voice on one track

create at least one more track

Remove dead air or extra sounds using selection tool and delete

Select portion of track that needs equalized

Choose effects=>equalization (adjust no more than 6db)

Use time shift tool to set pacing between tracks

Download audio from CCmixter (Music) Freesound (sound effects)

Import, edit and equalize tracks to blend

Save

Export as MP3
