Farm Tour
Dickinson Website

Anyone who has sampled the fresh-grown produce at Dickinson College’s dining hall knows that the Dickinson College Farm yields some of the tastiest and most colorful organic fruit and vegetables in the area. But how do we do it?
On Sept. 13, Dickinson College invited the public to learn about the solar electric systems that help define the College Farm as a shining example of sustainable organic agriculture. College representatives held three small-group, one-hour public tours between 10:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. at the Boiling Springs farm site, as part of the Future of Agriculture in Cumberland County fall tour circuit.
