Yesterday I came down with a sore throat while commanding the company for practice. There is unpleasant news from Petrograd. There is a general strike there. The troops are refusing to fire. In our classes the officers of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 13th, and 14th Cavalry Divisions were assembled.
